The company was established in 1985 by Stephen Vigeant, who remains the company president and personally assumes the role of project manager for all of its customer conversions. – Section 8 Tracker — A software solution for Section 8 housing that calculates tenant rent, processes tenant utility and landlord assistance payments, and helps housing authorities comply with HUD requirements by electronically transmitting 50058 data to the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Section 8 Tracker runs on Unix, Linux, Windows 98, Windows NT and Novell.
In addition to its core software offerings, a number of enhancement modules are offered by Tracker Systems. Check Locking is available to prevent alterations to checks as they are being printed. The Secure Signature module is also available to add password protection to check signatures, for an added level of security.
